Iphone Application for House Hunter in Australia

From the recent news in Australia, more and more people are investing real estate property for their future however there’s the latest innovative method that has been spread today, there’s now an Iphone application for house hunter in Australia. A free iPhone application, to be launched by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CAB) in the coming weeks, incorporates information from the phone’s camera and location devices.

With this new Iphone application, house hunters will be capable to easily shot and take a photograph of a house they like on their iPhone and view property information, through a Google Maps view or as ”augmented reality”.

According to the CBA’s general manager of consumer marketing, Mark Murray, said that this latest application on Iphone will be an industry in Australia. ”Home buyers and sellers can easily access a host of customised information, tools and insights on every home in Australia - for free.” He added

From the statement of the chief executive of real estate portal Nestoria Australia, Simon Bake stated that this will be an innovative use of technology nowadays however it might be the start up issues regarding privacy of the homes in Australia. However according to the CBA spokeswoman said close attention had been paid to privacy issues and the information offered was no more than what could already be accessed by consumers.
