The price of Australian properties such as homes for sale might set to fall. The growth of numbers of homes for sale recently launched in the market today is said to be the reason for the house price decrease.

This fall on property price will be in particular location which is in Melbourne and Brisbane. Data showed that approximately 35,000 homes in Melbourne will be promoted for sale in December, according to advisory and forecasting firm SQM Research. If the date released was precise, this would equal the volume of house for sale in the city subsequent the global financial crisis in late 2008. In accordance to the data reported that around 34,000 homes Brisbane are tipped to be put up for sale by December.

In Sydney stated that approximately 29,000 homes are anticipated to be showed and ready for sale in December compared, up from 22,000 which reported a couple of years ago.
